Description
This is Phase 2 of the 30 day conditioning program. This phase is another 30 (well 37) days of conditioning and gym free strength work.
- Each workout is 45-90mins depending on the day and intensity level
- Recovery focused with intensity and volume different each day
- Simple exercises with no equipment needed. Running is the foundation
For this phase we offer 2 levels of programming. If you are coming from Level 1, you will progress to Level 2 in this phase. If you are level 2 or 3 I recommend sticking with that same level.
